Friday the attorney’s for both Keanu Reeves and photographer Alison Silva made their closing arguments to the jury who then when to deliberate the case for a short amount of time prior to leaving for the weekend. The jury will resume Monday.
This law suit filed by Silva after an incident that occurred March of 2007, when Silva was trying to photograph Keanu Reeves. Silva claims that Reeves driving a Porsche knocked him down and because of this he has permanent damage to his wrist.
Sliva’s attorney Joseph Farzam has argued that Reeves hit Silva with his car and knocked him down, leaving him with wrist injuries that will not heal. Silva is seeking $640,800 in the suit filed against Reeves. Reeves claims that it was an auto accident. Many speculate there was no need to hire a Los Angeles automobile accident attorney at all and it was just a set up.
Reeves attorney Alfred Gerisch argued that Silva placed his hand on the hood of the vehicle and fell on his own.
