In an afternoon accident that involved four vehicles in the southbound lanes of the 101 Highway. The four vehicles involved were a Lincoln Town Car, a Dodge Caravan, a white van and the fourth vehicle model has not been reported.
The accident occurred at approximately 1:30 pm when one vehicle was blocking traffic and three of the vehicles pulled into the center divide, according to reports the California Highway Patrol and an ambulance responded to the scene of the accident. There have been reports of minor injuries, but there is no further information at this time if any of the accident victims were transported to the hospital. None of the accident victims have been identified at this time.
The location of the four-car accident that slowed the southbound lanes of the 101 Highway was a short distance north of Espinosa Road. Lohan Settles 2005 Accident Case

According to Ehline Law Los Angeles personal injury attorneys firm, in 2005 Lindsay Lohan was involved in an accident in her Mercedes-Benz with Raymundo Ortega, a busboy who was driving a van at the time the accident occurred.
The California Highway Patrol investigation showed that Ortega had made an illegal U-turn causing the accident. His attorney brought the case stating that Lohan at the time was in flight from the paparazzi that were following her as well as under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
In the suit Ortega and his attorney Robert G. Klein were asking the court for an amount of $200,000 in damages.
It has been reported that the case was settled Wednesday; there was however no report of the amount of damages that have been paid to Ortega for this 2005 accident that Lindsay Lohan was involved. There also has not been any comment from her attorney David J. Ozeran or her publicist Leslie Slone-Zelinik according to reports.

Pedestrian Hit By Man He Held Up

Thursday afternoon in Anaheim was the scene of an accident after a man who pulled over to ask for directions was assaulted by two men through the window of his vehicle with an automatic handgun on the corner of Orange Avenue and Beach Boulevard. They robbed him of his wallet, cell phone and other items according to reports from an Anaheim Police spokesman Rick Martinez.
The victim contacted police using OnStar as he followed a taxi that were carrying the men who robbed him, following the directions given the police went to Lincoln Avenue. Police saw two men exit a cab on Stanton Avenue in the vicinity of Knott’s Berry Farm and head south, the police ordered them to stop, the men walked faster instead and once man headed into the street.
When this suspect darted into traffic the victim of the robbery who was searching for the robbery suspects could not stop the pickup truck he was driving and struck the man. Upon impact the suspect’s gun flew onto the street from what is thought to be his waistband and he was taken into custody with minor injuries as well as the other suspect according to reports. Interstate 5 Accident Takes Life

According to reports there was an accident on Interstate 5 at approximately 3:30 pm on Sunday, south of Lost Hills and Highway 46. There is little information about this auto accident, although it is reported that it is under investigation by the California Highway Patrol and more details should be reported soon.
It is known that the Los Angeles motor vehicle accident involved a vehicle that rolled over, what caused the accident is unknown at this time but is under investigation.
Reports also state that according to the California Highway Patrol has said that one person had been killed, whose identity has not been released at this time and there is no information about other injury victims that has been released.
It is also unclear if there were other vehicles involved in this accident at this time as well as any passengers in the vehicle that rolled over.

Woman In Deadly Weekend Accident Will Survive

Over the weekend in a head on car accident that claimed the lives of several in one car left 23 year old Martha Silva-Mata with serious injuries.
The collision was head on; with what is suspected a DUI driver left four victims dead, the woman’s boyfriend, sister and two other passengers.
The car accident occurred on Sunday on San Juan Road and according to reports the California Highway Patrol the accident was at about 8:50 pm, a car driven by Jeannette Sandoval and her passenger were heading east, when on a sweeping turn she went in the lane of oncoming traffic, when she hit the other car head on.
The passengers in the vehicle were from Watsonville and according to reports four of the passengers died at the scene; Sandoval and victims from the other car were Aldolfo Lorenzo age 24, Remedios Silva-Mata age 20, and passenger Gabriella Gonzales.
Reports are that the woman’s family did not know where they were going at the time of the accident, however the accident victims were farm workers in the Pajaro Valley. They had all come from Oazaca and Puebla and lived in the United States approximately three years.

Injured Driver Dies

In an accident on highway 58 near Creston a man was pronounced dead according to reports in a one-car accident.
The accident occurred oh highway 58 at approximately 9:30 am, the accident happened close to Shell Creek road with one vehicle involved.
A pickup truck driven by an unidentified man wandered to the right shoulder of the road according reports, witnesses to the accident stated that after drifting to the shoulder the driver then over corrected the vehicle, from the over correction the pickup truck hit a nearby embankment.
It was reported that other drivers on the highway who witnessed the accident came to the assistance of the accident victim, who was severely injured however, he was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident a short time later.
His identity is has not been released pending notification of his next of kin according to reports, as well as the reason that may have caused the pickup truck to leave the road and veer to the shoulder where the driver over corrected the vehicle landing him in the embankment. The exact injuries of the driver have not been released, which lead to his wrongful death.

110 Freeway Closed After four Car Collision

The 110 freeway was the scene of a four car collision that closed the freeway for a short time a little after 8am, during the morning commute.
According to the California Highway Patrol one of the drivers involved in this accident that is thought to have been the cause of the four car collision by hitting the vehicle in front of them, this driver then left the scene of the accident.
This initial rear end collision then caused a chain reaction leading to the other cars involved, there were two people later transported to the hospital. This was also the cause of the closing of the southbound lanes on the Harbor 110 freeway in the proximity of Torrance Boulevard.
The motorists that were injured and later transported to the hospital are reported to have sustained injuries that were non-life threatening in the accident.
The Harbor 110 freeway southbound lanes were closed for approximately fifteen minutes while the autos involved in the accident were cleared. This left traffic congested for sometime afterwards.
According the California Highway Patrol they are still investigating the cause of the accident and are also looking for the driver who fled. Los Angeles injury attorneys are looking for witnesses.
