Multi-Vehicle Fountain Valley Crash Injures One Person

February 14, 2012 - According to reports a multi-vehicle accident resulted in one person being injured in Fountain Valley. According to Fountain Valley Police Sgt. Kurt Ulrich a four vehicle crash occurred at approximately 3:00 p.m. in the vicinity of Newhope Street and Warner Avenue.

Sgt. Ulrich said that paramedics were called to the scene of the four vehicle crash to evaluate six people. One driver was transported to an area hospital with a head injury, according to MetroNet fire dispatch service.

According to Sgt. Ulrich the woman that was transported to the hospital was conscious after the accident, leaving police optimistic that the woman’s injuries are not life threatening. Fountain Valley Police stated that the cause of the four vehicle crash remains under investigation.
