On-Ramp Shut Down on Anaheim Boulevard For Vehicle Fire

March 15, 2012 - According to reports an on-ramp was closed down on Anaheim Boulevard, caused by a vehicle fire.

According to the California Highway Patrol the accident occurred at approximately 9:30 a.m. on the southbound Anaheim Boulevard on-ramp to the northbound lanes of the I-5 Freeway.

California Highway Patrol Officer Rob Lenzini said motorists alerted driver of the vehicle that there flames under the vehicle, after getting on the I-5 Freeway.

The vehicle was a Men’s Christian Recovery Home minivan, CHP Officer Lenzini said. According to the California Highway Patrol the Anaheim Boulevard on-ramp was closed and reopened at approximately 10:00 a.m.
