Solo Crash Injures Woman on the I-5 Freeway

March 7, 2012 - According to reports a woman was injured in a solo vehicle crash on the I-5 Freeway.

According to the California Highway Patrol the accident was reported at approximately 6:15 a.m. on the I-5 Freeway in the vicinity north of North Brookhurst Street in Anaheim.

The California Highway Patrol said that the car accident occurred in the southbound lanes of the I-5 Freeway and was a solo vehicle crash.

The woman that was injured in the crash struck the center divider wall in the southbound lanes and did not immediately know what caused the crash.

The woman was transported to an area hospital and her condition was not known, CHP officials said.
